Small format:

CMYK

Press quality PDF

Fonts converted to outlines or PSD flattened

.125" bleed

.25" safety zone (no type, critical info)

NO crop marks

 

Large format:

CMYK

Press quality PDF

Fonts converted to outlines or PSD flattened

NO bleed, make file actual desired size, machine cuts to the edge perfectly

NO crop marks

NO excessively large files - save large files the proper way/format/file type

Are you using Canva?

Send files actual desired finished size

If there is a bleed, give us 1/8” bleed on all sides

Do NOT add crop marks

Send files that are either 300 DPI PDF or SVG

Files need to be CMYK

Fonts must be embedded or create outlines

If these specs are not met there is a $90 charge for us to fix them. No exceptions.​​​​
